Sweet And Sour Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pounds Of Lean Fat Free Ground Beef
1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
1 Cup Of Garlic Croutons
15 Ounce Can Of Tomato Sauce
1 Teaspoon Of Table Salt
2 Tablespoons Of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Of Onion Powder
2 Whole Fresh Eggs
1/2 Cup Of Regular White Sugar
2 Tablespoons Of Cider Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Spicy Dijon Mustard

Cooking Directions:
To start this delicious sweet and sour meatloaf recipe, you will first need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or roughly 175 degrees Celsius. Using a large mixing bowl add in the lean fat free ground beef, garlic croutons, salt, crushed black pepper, whole fresh eggs, onion powder, and half of the canned tomato sauce. Once all of the ingredients have been added to your bowl, you will then want to mix them together manually using your clean bare hands. The end goal here is to form an oval shaped loaf of meat, making sure to soak up all of the ingredients with the ground beef, and trying to evenly distribute the ingredients throughout the loaf. Once you have completed the above steps, it is time to grease your cooking pan, and place the meatloaf in at the center. Slightly press a gentle indentation into your meatloaf, for the remainder of the sauce yet to be added. Slide the pan into the oven, and bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes to an hour. While your meatloaf is baking, take out your saucepan and cook the remainder of the canned tomato sauce, brown sugar, white sugar, cider vinegar, and the Dijon mustard. Cook it over medium heat until it is consistent. Once your meatloaf has cooked for about 40 full minutes, evenly pour the sauce all over it, and let it cook for an additional 20 full minutes. Once done, slide a toothpick out, and if it comes out clean your meatloaf is finished. Serve the recipe with boiled cauliflower, string beans, boiled carrots, and a glass of fine table wine.
