Cooking Directions:
To begin this wonderful simple slow cook meatloaf, you will first need to take out a large mixing bowl, to prepare the ingredients. Add in the ground pork smoked sausage, lean ground beef steak, the American classic Simmer Sauce, the Dry Heinz Mrs.Grass Onion Soup Mix, Osem Sesame Bread Crumbs, eggs, the Bulliard's La Supreme Soy Sauce, the organic ground pepper, Spice Hunter Curry Seasoning, and 2% cold milk. Roll up your sleeves, wash and clean your hands, and start mixing up the ingredients manually. Do a good job of getting those seasonings and tasty ingredients well mixed into the meat, you don't want any pockets of concentrated ingredients, so really put your back into it. Once combined, shape the meat into a meat log, you want it firm, not too stiff or dry. Use backup meat if your finished loaf is too dry. Next up fit your loaf into your slow cooker. Cover it and cook on low heat for about 4 - 6 full hours. For the last half hour, spread the Dr Pepper sweet & kickin' BBQ sauce all over the meat surface, be generous with the sauce, really layer it on the meat. Once the meatloaf is done, serve it up with carrot rice, and mashed potatoes. For drinks, I served it with a tall cold glass of Eden Foods Organic Eden Soy Milk.
