Cooking Directions:
Salsa meatloaf is one of the family favorites around my home. I'm positive your family will love this recipe as well. To begin this mouthwatering recipe, you will first want to preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit or near 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a large mixing bowl, and add in your lean ground beef sirloin, the 1/2 Cup of Mrs. Renfro's Medium Salsa, Ian's Panko Bread Crumbs, grated cheddar cheese, a lightly beaten egg, minced garlic cloves, 2% milk, dried parsley, the organic ground pepper, and fine table salt. Next wash and sterilize your hands, and mix up the meatloaf with your bare hands. Mash and mix it up, until the oval shaped meatloaf is firm, but not too dried out or hard. Once you are done there, take out a baking pan, and grease it well with Wilton Bake Easy Non-Stick Spray. Next slide your meatloaf into the oven and bake it for one full hour. After an hour, take out the meatloaf and thickly layer on Mrs. Renfro's Medium Salsa, make sure to do it evenly so that no meat is left exposed. Now slide the meatloaf back into your oven for another 20 minutes. Serve this dish with Goya Spanish Rice, and Ortega Refried Beans. For drinks I served Corona Light Beer with lime slices.
