Pork Meatloaf

Ingredients:
3 Pounds Of Lean Ground Boneless Pork Loin Roast
2 1/2 Teaspoons Of Rubbed Sage
1/2 Teaspoon Of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
2 Packets Of Knorr Roasted Pork Gravy Mix
1 Teaspoon Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 Teaspoon Of Garlic Salt
1 Teaspoon Of Ground Ginger
2 Cups Of Fresh Apple Juice
1 1/3 Cup Of Spring Water

Cooking Directions:
To start this mouthwatering pork meatloaf recipe, you will need to take out a small mixing bowl. Once you have your bowl out, add in the sage, ginger, garlic salt, fresh ground pepper, then mix the seasonings together. Next, take your lean ground pork roast, shape an oval meatloaf with it by hand, place it in a well greased baking pan, and begin rubbing on the extra virgin olive oil. Next sprinkle and rub in the seasonings, be extra careful to evenly distribute them all over the entire surface of your loaf. Next pour the fresh apple juice into the pan. Now bake the meatloaf in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for about 1 and a half hours, basting the meatloaf with the juices every twenty minutes or so. Bake a toothpick into the meatloaf, and when you can pull it out without any residue attached, that is a good indication that the meatloaf is done. Once your loaf is done, take it out of the oven, and portion out about 2/3 of a cup of the juices, and mix it in a saucepan with the spring water. Now stir in the Knorr roasted pork gravy mix, and let the contents come to a rolling boil. From there let it simmer until the gravy is a desired consistency, and then spoon it over the sliced served meatloaf. This is a great recipe, dish it up with some boiled veggies and mashed potatoes.
