Ingredients:
1 Pound Lean Ground Pork
1 Pound Cubed Cooked Ham
¾ Cup Sour Cream
¼ Cup Pineapple Juice
¼ Cup Maple Syrup
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Pineapple, Sliced
1 Teaspoon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Large Eggs
2 Tablespoons Fresh Tomato Sauce
¾ Cup Italian Bread Crumbs

Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, except pineapple slices. Blend well, roll and divide into 9 patties. Add the patties to a shallow baking dish, place a 1 slice of pineapple in between each pattie of meat and place in one large meatloaf roll. Bake this dish in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Smoother the brown sugar mixture over the meatloaf, return to the oven for an additional 20 minutes. Serve Hot and enjoy.
