1 Large Onion, Chopped
½ Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
½ Teaspoon Table Salt
1/3 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
Pinch of Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Large Egg Whites
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced

Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and blend evenly. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray or rub with butter and add the meatloaf mixture to the pan. Spread evenly and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Before you bake the meatloaf you can top it with 2 tablespoons ketchup or barbeque sauce, or sprinkle with leftover bread crumbs.
