Glazed Tofu Meatloaf

Ingredients:
14 Ounces Of Mashed And Drained Tofu
2 Pounds Of Lean Fatfree Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Of Crushed Croutons
2 Whole Large Beaten Eggs
1/4 Cup Of Fresh Diced Red Bell Pepper
1 Of Ounce Dry French Onion Soup Mix
1/4 Cup Of Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Of Kikkoman All-Purpose Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Of Spicy Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Of Garlic
1 Tablespoon Of Black Pepper

Cooking Directions:
To start this wonderful recipe, you will need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or roughly 175 degrees Celsius. Next up, thoroughly grease a medium size baking dish. Now take out a mixing bowl, add in the mashed tofu, fatfree ground turkey, crushed croutons, French onion soup mix, whole eggs, garlic, black pepper, and diced red pepper. Using your bare hands, thoroughly mash and mix the bowl contents together, make sure to evenly distribute all of the ingredients. Once done, shape the contents into a loaf, and place the loaf into the already greased baking dish. Now, take out a saucepan, and turn on a stove burner to low heat. Add in the packed brown sugar, Kikkoman all-purpose soy sauce, and spicy Dijon mustard. You will want to heat the mixture until it is a semi liquid sauce. While you are making this sauce, bake your meatloaf for about 30 minutes at about 350 degrees Fahrenheit. After 30 minutes, drizzle all of the delicious mouthwatering sauce onto the meatloaf, and then bake it again for an additional 15 minutes. Your temperature goal for the meatloaf is an internal heat of 180 Fahrenheit, or 80 degrees Celsius. Now that you are done, serve it warm, with a side of mashed potatoes, boiled green beans, and a glass of dinner wine.
