1 Pound Twice Ground Beef
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Teaspoon Table Salt
1 Large Egg
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1/3 Cup Carrot Sliced
1/3 Cup 2% Milk
¼ Cup Ketchup
¼ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
¾ Cup Shredded Cheese Medley
½ Cup Italian Bread Crumbs

Cooking Directions:
Combine beaten egg with 2% milk, cheese medley, Italian breadcrumbs, chopped onions, table salt and minced garlic. Once mixed add the ground beef and knead with hands. Add the mixture into a bread baking dish and place it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Cook for 50 minutes. Combine In a small pan, ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Bring to a boil and allow simmering for 4 minutes. Once the meatloaf is done spoon the sauce over the top, return to the oven and continue baking an additional 10 minutes. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
