Cooking Directions:
For the first step in this exciting recipe, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or about 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a large mixing bowl, and add in the lean ground beef tenderloin, the minced garlic cloves, Bell's meatloaf mix, chopped green pepper, diced Vidalia onion, chopped tomatoes, dried bread crumbs, fresh eggs, and the Colby cheese. Now using your bare clean hands, mix together all of these ingredients, making sure everything is evenly distributed throughout. Once it's well mixed, you will want to form a firm oval shaped meatloaf. Next take out a baking pan, and grease it well. Place the meatloaf into the greased baking pan, and then using your Heinz ketchup, coat the entire meatloaf. Once done, place it into the oven for one full hour. Bake the meatloaf with a toothpick inside it, so you can pull it out and gauge how well cooked the inside of it is. If there is no residue on the toothpick when you pull it out, that means it's done. Let the meatloaf cool for about 5 minutes before serving. This dish goes well with boiled potatoes, a nice green salad, and a tall Pepsi with ice.
