Cooking Directions:
This is one of our most popular recipes, like it's name suggests it's quick and easy to create. For the first step, you will need to preheat your oven to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or roughly 175 degrees Celsius. Next in a large mixing bowl, combine the following ingredients, the lean ground beef steak, one fresh egg, diced Vidalia onion, cold 2% milk, and the white bread crumbs. Using your clean bare hands mix and mash together these wonderful ingredients, making sure to get them evenly distributed throughout the meat. Once you are done, season the meat mixture with the black pepper and table salt, again mixing in the seasonings by hand. Next take out a 9x5 inch baking pan, and grease it up well. Place the new oval formed meatloaf into the baking pan. Now take out a separate bowl, add in the packed brown sugar, the hot Chinese mustard, and the Heinz Ketchup. Mix these up very well, and brush it all over the meatloaf, making sure to evenly coat the beefloaf. Finally bake the thing for 1 full hour, making sure the meat isn't pink at all, and is well cooked throughout. Serve this up with some cheesy scalloped potatoes, and sauteed mushrooms. An ice cold Coca Cola fits very well.
