Cooking Directions:
For those of you who love to eat chicken, this recipe is perfect for you. To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or roughly 175 degrees Celsius. Next up, take out a large mixing bowl, and add in the pound of skinless ground chicken breast, fresh eggs, garlic croutons, salt, pepper, salsa, ranch style dressing, chili powder and the Ortega taco seasoning mixture. Using your clean bare hands, start mixing up all the ingredients thoroughly. You want to make sure that all of the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the ground chicken. Once you have achieved this, form a firm oval meatloaf. Next up take out a large baking pan, and grease it very well. Now place in your chickenloaf, and bake it for one full hour. You may want to bake a toothpick into it, so you can tell when the chickenloaf is done. Once the loaf is baked, sprinkle on all of the grated cheddar cheese, and place it back in the oven for an additional couple of minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted. Take the chickenloaf out of the oven, and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with a side of optional sour cream, steamed veggies, and a glass of fine white wine.
