Cooking Directions:
Get ready to treat your family to some excellent meatloaf from Italy. To start this delicious Italian recipe, you will first need to preheat your oven to roughly 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or approximately 175 degrees Celsius. Next up take out a large mixing bowl, and mix in the whole fresh egg, Edward & Sons Onion Garlic organic croutons, the minced garlic, the garlic salt, ground black pepper, the chili powder, and the 1/2 cup of Ragu Smooth Pasta Sauce. Mix up all the ingredients with a mixing spoon, and make sure they are evenly mixed and consistent. Once done add the lean ground beef steak, Ground BJ's Hot Italian Sausage, the grated mozzarella cheese, and dry basil. With this mixing, roll up your sleeves, clean your hands thoroughly, and manually mix and mash it up. Get all of those wonderful ingredients soaked into the meat. Once everything is mixed up well, start forming a fire log looking meatloaf, make it firm but not stiff. Next grease a large baking pan, and then add in your meatloaf. Bake the meatloaf for about half an hour, spread some Ragu Smooth Pasta Sauce all over the cooked meat, then add it back to the oven to bake for another half hour. Stick a toothpick into the meat, and if it slides out clean, than it usually means that it's done. Serve it warm, but do let it cool for eight minutes before cutting, so that the loaf doesn't crumble. Serve it with roasted asparagus and mushrooms, and to drink a Lindemans Framboise Beer.
