Cooking Directions:
This is a wonderful cheesy meatloaf recipe. I used a Tillamook Cheddar Cheese for the main ingredient, as it's the very best cheddar cheese I have ever had, obviously it's made in Tillamook Oregon. To get started with this tasty recipe, preheat your oven to roughly 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. While your oven is preheating, take out a large mixing bowl, so we can begin to form the nice meatloaf. Add in the lean ground beef tenderloin, Campbell's Tomato Soup, the Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Croutons, the diced Vidalia onion, Tillamook grated cheddar cheese, fresh lightly beaten egg, table salt, organic ground pepper, and mineral water. Next clean and sterilize your hands, and mix and mash the ingredients together manually the old fashioned way. You will find this gets all those tasty ingredients well spread out through the beef, as you don't want any pockets of concentrated seasonings. Next up grease your baking pan with a Nordic Ware Baker's Joy Non-Stick Spray, as it works wonderfully, and you don't want your formed meatloaf burning, or crisping on the outside. You will want to bake your meatloaf for one hour, remove the pan, then thickly layer on the Chez Jane Garlic Spread. Next put the meatloaf back into the oven, and bake it for another 20 minutes. Once done let it cool down for about 10 full minutes before slicing and serving it, or the meat may crumble. I served this dish with old fashioned onion rings, and some carrot pudding. For drinks we had Hermannhoff Sparkling Grape Juice, which was a first for me, and it was amazing. Try it if you can.
