Cooking Directions:
Cheesy, cheesy, cheesy! This recipe is absolutely delicious. To start it out, you will first need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a large mixing bowl, and add in all the lean ground beef steak, the herb and garlic croutons, basil, chili powder, garlic salt, diced onion, fresh eggs, black pepper, 4 cups of grated cheddar cheese, and the table salt. From there you will need to sterilize your hands, so that you can manually mix up the ingredients. Do this thoroughly, and make sure everything is all evenly distributed throughout the meat. Next take out a cooking pan, and grease it well. Once done, form your meatloaf into a nice firm oval shape, and place it in the baking pan. You will want to bake the meatloaf for one full hour, or until the meat is cooked through. To test if the meat is done, slide a toothpick into it, and if it comes out clean, that is a good sign that the meat is well done. Now take out your meatloaf, sprinkle the last cup of cheese evenly on top of it, and slide it back into your oven for roughly 2 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Serve this mouthwatering meal with a nice red table wine, some garlic mashed potatoes, and a slice of pumpkin pie for dessert. We hope you enjoy it as much as have.
