Cooking Directions:
Are you ready bake a meatloaf California style. Well pull out that apron, and lets get started. The first step in the easy process is to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or roughly 175 degrees Celsius. Next you will need to line a 9x13 inch baking pan with some aluminum foil. Next up take out a very large mixing bowl, and add in the lean ground beef tenderloin, the chopped red onion, the chopped green bell pepper, chopped celery, two large fresh eggs, the Yuasa Mukashi Shoyu Dark Soy Sauce, and finally the 1/3 cup of Heinz No Salt Tomato Ketchup. Roll up your sleeves if you have them, wash your hands thoroughly, and dive in manually to mix up and mash up your meatloaf mix. Get those fresh mouthwatering ingredients evenly dispersed throughout the meat, and really soak up all of those sauces. Next up add in the organic, basil organic parsley, organic oregano, McCormick California Style Garlic Powder, and two teaspoons of organic black pepper. Again really get these spices and seasonings spread out very well throughout the meatloaf. Once you are done there, add in your Quaker Quick Oats, and repeat the mixing process. Be sure here to not add too many oats, you want your oval shaped loaf firm, but not stiff. Once you have your loaf ready to go, set it into your baking pan. Now set aside your beefloaf, and take another small mixing bowl, add in the packed brown sugar, 1/4 cup of Heinz No Salt Tomato Ketchup, brown mustard, liquid mesquite smoke flavoring, the 1/2 teaspoon of organic black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of organic paprika. Mix it up well until you have a smooth sauce, and drizzle it over the top of the loaf. Really try to get it evenly spread all over the meat surface. Finally bake it for about one hour at 160 degrees Fahrenheit, or roughly 72 degrees Celsius. Serve this tasty dish up with a side of feta cheese mashed potatoes, and some spicy maple baked beans. For drinks, try out a glass of Caravina Napa Red Wine 2002, right out of California.
