1.5 Pounds Fresh Ground Chuck Beef
1 Large Egg
1 Cup Fresh Italian Bread Crumbs
1 Small Onion, Minced
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
1 Can Fresh Tomato Sauce
¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Powder [Optional]
Homemade BBQ Topping:
½ Cup Cold Water
3 ½ Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
3 Tablespoons Spicy Prepared Mustard
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Large Can Fresh Tomato Sauce

Cooking Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef, bread crumbs, minced onions, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, egg and optional cayenne powder. Blend together and place mixture in a loaf pan. Set aside. To prepare the sauce combine water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce in a bowl. Blend well; pour on top of the meatloaf. Place the loaf pan in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve hot with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
