Are you guys ready for some tasty Amish meatloaf? This recipe is absolutely delicious. To begin it, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or roughly 175 degrees Celsius. Once your oven is adequately heated up, take out a large mixing bowl. Add into your mixing bowl the all of the lean ground beef sirloin, the Chatham Village garlic and butter croutons, the small chopped onions, two eggs, half of the Walden Farms tomato ketchup, half of the brown sugar, and mix it all up together with your bare clean hands. Do this very thoroughly, as you want your ingredients well blend and spread evenly throughout the tasty beef. Once your ingredients are mixed well, start forming and shaping your oval meatloaf. Once it's done, take out a baking pan about 10x6 inches, and grease it well. Add in the meatloaf, and lay 2 slices of Father's hickory vanilla bourbon bacon on top of the meatloaf, you can obviously substitute any type of bacon you prefer in this step. Ok finally you can begin baking this bad boy, let it cook for a full hour, or until the meat is no longer pink. You can usually tell if the meat is done by sticking in a toothpick, if the toothpick can be pulled out of it with no meat residue, that is a good indication that the meat is done. Now while your meatloaf is cooking, take out your saucepan, and heat it over the stove on medium high. Add to the saucepan all of the remaining ketchup, vinegar, salt, brown sugar, and mustard. Heat it until it is a nice liquid sauce. Once the meatloaf has baked for an hour, drizzle the sauce over it, and cook it for an additional twenty minutes. Serve this meal with some buttered spinach, and boiled cauliflower. A nice cold glass of apple juice will go well it too.
